Description: Stormy Jo is such a pretty little girl. And she just keeps getting prettier. She is a real standout in the field. Stormy is one of the friendliest little donkeys we have. She loves attention and will stand to be petted as long you care to. As a 3 month old, I would let her lay in my lap. But, now that she's older, she still is determined to do so and will show her displeasure at not being allowed in my lap by pawing the ground or trying to uncross my legs with her nose. She reluctantly gives up and puts her head on my shoulder and leans in as close as she can. Of course, I love it and I'm the one whose disappointed when I have to tell her I've got other chores I must do. She accepts it with my kiss on the nose and walks off to join the others in the field. Such a sweet disposition this little donkey has! Her Sire, Wee One's Tyger, was the 2013 Grand Champion Gelding and 2008 ACOSA Champion Jack and ACOSA 1st Place Miniature Jacks 3 & over.

Update: Stormy Jo was exposed to our Herdsire, Coyote Run's Troubadour, for what we hope will be an October 2015 foal.

Update: Stormy Jo had a beautifully spotted jennet foal on 10/16/2015 that we call Josie. She is adorable. She will be shown in the foal division in 2016.

Update 8/13/2016: Stormy Jo and her yearling foal have been purchased by L.J. and Deb Mix at Wee One's Farm, home of champion miniature donkeys in Tennessee. Stormy will be joining their breeding program. We will be very excited to see her future foals!
